We’re excited to make your laundry routine easier, lighter, and more sustainable. Our subscription is designed to save you time, money, and trips to the shop – so you can always count on a fresh supply of Alunara laundry sheets at home.

HOW OUR SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

Always stocked, never stuck. Subscribing means you won’t have to think about reordering – we’ll do the planning for you.

  • WHAT YOU GET: With each subscription cycle, you’ll receive a 2 packs of ALUNARA laundry sheets – a convenient two-month supply.

  • DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Your 2 packs will arrive at your doorstep every 2 months.

  • BILLING: Payments are processed automatically every two months on the date your subscription renews.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You’re always in control. By logging into your Alunara account, you can easily:

  • SKIP A DELIVERY – going on holiday or still have plenty left? No problem.

  • RESCHEDULE A DELIVERY – need your sheets earlier or later? Adjust the date to fit your routine.

  • UPDATE YOUR DETAILS – change your shipping address or payment method anytime.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We want subscriptions to be flexible, while keeping things fair.

  • COMMITMENT PERIOD: You can cancel your subscription anytime after your third successful payment.

  • HOW TO CANCEL: Simply log into your Alunara account and manage your settings. If you need help, our support team is always ready to assist.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If your recurring payment doesn’t go through, our system will automatically try again. You’ll also receive an email notification so you can update your payment details and continue your subscription without interruptions.
